Accio would be my FAVORITE spell, if only for the convenience and praticality. Accio keys, accio food, accio water, accio anything and everything. Think of the possibilities...

But in battle, my first spell would DEFINITELY be to Stun. It's more potent and at the same time isn't life-threatening if it turns out to be someone non-threatening.

Well, if you'd rather not be imprisoned in Azkaban for the use of an Unforgivable on an innocent victim, than that's a very large risk.

other than fact that this is entirely fictional and azkaban doesnt exist i dont care its the best spell easily and how many people actually get caught using it
