I assuming this thread is referring to the videos, in which case I'd pick The Chamber of secrets. It focused on the important parts of the story, and didn't try to push in more than it could hold in the time frame it had, like PoA.

I still like Socerer's Stone for the way all the characters were equally developed. Chamber of Secrets would be my next favorite. Prisoner of Azkaban has the winner of the Dumbledore-Look-Alike-Contest playing Dumbledore. Razz berries!
