Sirius that is true you forgot to put up Draco he is "foul loathsome little cockroach" (I love that line).

I still the Voldemort is worse but Draco is pretty bad too.

I did consider putting him in,but he has as many follwers as he does haters.(Right Sexy Draco Lover).And that would stir a bit of controversy(I didīnt want to get linched )But I think he does belong in this list(ow ow,ouch,I knew Iīd get clobberd if I badmouthed Draco,I guess thatīs why they say the truth hurts).

isnt it funny how us witches and wizards HATE Umbridge beyond all of the rest, but percy weasley (aka, stupid prat and git) is hated more than voldemort snape and everyone else besides umbridge
