What American accent do you have?


Your Result: The Midland

"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. Okay, contrary to certain stereotypes, Texans do not sound like a bunch of hillbillies.
We just have plain, average, AMERICAN accents. (Midland, according to mcdirector).

I was raised in Texas btw hedwig.

It says The Midland for me too. Very odd quiz.
Strangely, the South was last on the list... but the West was first...

It said I have Inland North accent. Strange. I'm from Taiwan and I always think I just pronounce the sound that phonetic symbols indicate . " You may think you speak Standard English straight out of the dictionary." Well, I do think so but the truth is that I might still have some kind of accent.... isn't it? Oh, well, maybe a Taiwanese one.
