Then Harry would have had an even harder time trying to deal with his enemies and feelings. But I dont think He would have went to the dark side.

if malfoy ever fell in love with hermione(its impossible), then, Ron wud certainly kill malfoy!!!
what if Pansy parkinson fell in love with harry?

She could...
1)Be summarily executed for being a literal Gryffindor-lover.
2)Reform, make friends with the Trio, join the order, play spy...and probably get killed too. Hmm. Well, maybe she can survive and go back to Draco and live a quite, not too happy life.
3)Creep out Harry and enrage Draco. Draco becomes more like Lucius than ever. Not a good thing.

(There are so many fanfictions that answer these questions beautifully. I have to say I almost feel slightly cheated with some of these answers. :P But it's definitely very interesting.)
