- a good looking man(my husband) - a swiss army knife - my cloak Yes I made my self a cloak out of polar fleece and it is the most comfortable coat I have ever had. I wear it all year round. It is warm in winter, good sun cover in summer and I could use it as a blanket. Plus it kind of fits in to the harry potter theme.

I only need my wand. It takes care of everything else. Otherwise, my dog, (whom I should have named "Dobby", but Dobby only appeared later), A niobium alloy magnet, and a length of hosepipe. Well, My dog is the best company I could hope for, doesn't nag and defends me to his utmost. My magnet not only points north, but strikes sparks when struck against rock. And the hosepipe would enable me to hide underwater if I needed to, and to collect food from the ocean without having to hold my breath for too long. It would also double as a rope. If I got fed up, I could turn it into a musical instrument too, and my dog would sing along.

Well, for praticality: 1. A knife. For food. Hopefully something other than fish. 2. Flint set. Fire. Or, you know, a wand. Incendio. Very useful thing to have on a deserted island. With no Anti-Apparation wards. Yeah. 3. Depends on if you have the possibility of escaping. If yes, than iPhone with sattelite capabilities, becuase that's what Apple created it for, right? Everything in one item to make answering "If you could only take..." questions easier!. Otherwise: Some kind of pot to boil water in. Ho hum. And for entertainment: 1. Hm... laptop. With internet. Souped-up wireless card. And... self-sustaining battery. 2.Instant noodles! Yum. A couple truckloads. Or more. 3.Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings books and movies. I'll have time to write that crossover on a deserted island. Last edited by teddylupin : 08-10-2007 at 12:54 PM.
