I guess that HPC isn't on the list anymore...:/
I went through it and didn't see it, but this is a pretty old thread, snapelover100 just revived it.
Some interesting sites though...quite a few weren't in English. (And, who names a fansite for Severus Snape "The Greasy Git"? o_0)

No, not really. It's rather the same as a Harry Potter Fan Site named "Scarhead", or a Draco Malfoy one named "Mal-ferret", or a Remus Lupin one named "Bloodthirsty Dark Creature".
All hypothetical, of course.
