Would You Rather?

Could I cook the frog before eating it or does that have to be raw too?? If I can cook it then I'd say the frog.

Would you rather have a pet owl or a pet cat?

Cat. Despite owl's being absolutely beautiful as well as useful in the magical world, they don't like to cuddle

Would you rather camp or stay in a hotel?

Hotel. No, roughing it doesn't really appeal to me.

Would you rather know something (say, Harry Potter) was real and not be able to interact with it in any way, or just keep thinking it was fantasy?

That's a really tough one!! After thinking about it I'm surprised to say I think I'd rather it be just fantasy... that's gotta be kinda selfish really, isn't it?

Inspired by that question... would you rather be the creator of something huge like Harry Potter or the Lord of the Rings etc. but it only be fantasy or would you rather be a small character in somone elses epic fantasy if it were real?

I'd rather be a small character in someone else's fantasy. Even creating Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings doesn't beat being a student at Hogwarts or an Elf from Lorien/Rivendell, etc. Er, permitted you don't get killed, hopefully.

Would you rather have a small character in the books (one without a real role) be named/modeled after you, or would you rather have a semi-major part in the movies?

No contest!! I'd choose to have a character in the books named after me any day!! Books are infinitely more important to me than movies

Would you rather be able fly by broom or apparate?

Oh....very, very, very difficult. The idea of being able to fly has always really, really appealed to me, but Apparation can't be beat for sheer praticality. I think in the end I'd still have to say Apparate. But it makes me sad to have to do so.

Would you rather ride a hippogriff or a thestral?

I don't know if that's something I could ever actually decide upon... I'm pretty sure I'd probably have a differant answer every day! Today I'll say a thestral because of thier similarity to horses and I miss horse riding lol.

Would you rather be a werewolf or a giant?

Oh, that one is easy. A Werewolf. (Points to username.) Even though it's a terrible curse I am definitely drawn to it, or maybe it's just Moony.

Would you rather be a vampire or a house-elf?

A vampire I'd figure out a way not to take human life of course lol.

Would you rather have time to explore in Dumbledore's pensieve or Snape's pensieve (if he had one)?
