ADMINISTRATORS HELP!!!

Winky, Mark evans, Dumbledore the site's getting out of control! The threads are all tangled!!

We all want more people on and the more views the better, but is there any way to organise the threads to make them more relevant to their forum??
The problem with having the threads all over the place is that, not only do they get tangled but they also don't go anywhere. Every bodies making the same opening points and observations and no substantial discussion is being built.!!

This isn't about the nunmber of people - the more the merrier - or the type of postings - I think you're all brillant and if it's about HP it's alright by me! (and it rhymes!) - it's about organising our site so we cn all have a say and have our voices heard, being able to listen to others' and building real discussions.

ADMINISTATORS HELP !!!!!

The site is getting out of control, strangling itself with a tangle of threads!

*1* We need a new forum for all the \'I love..\' \'... loves...\' stuff. I like this subject matter as much as the next romantic but it\'s everywhere and it\'s the same question over and over and over....

*2* Is there anyway to police where stuff is posted? Or, probably more do-able, for administrators to move the threads into more relevant bundles or merge the same threads if they\'ve been repeated? This isn\'t just about tangle mess of confusion it\'s also about stagnation. If the same threads keep being posted, there\'s no growth to the ideas or the discussion.

PLEASE can we have a new 'Love Connections' or 'Shippers Ahoy' or, even better, 'Love Boat' forum so all this can be put together?
PLEASE can you advise members to read all the topic titles before adding a new one.
PLEASE can you advise members to explore and read other topics and postings before they start posting.

Sorry about the double post, I didn't think the first one posted. I really hope you do actually read these threads and not just start them. I don't know how else to tell you my concerns and suggestions. Does anyone else knopw how I could get in touch with the administrators?

yeah .... uh we could have like 'memorial sites' and at the top of each topic there is

'spam' 'wrong section' an 'topic already exists' sorta things and if is spam they delet it and for wrong section they move it and if topic already exists ....
then the 'admin' will make sure there are no new ideas there befor deleting it ..

and in order for the admin to be notifyed about this a couple of ppl have to clic on those buttons ...

Agreed. I've talked to Rita, Mark Evans, and Winky about cleaning up the threads. We'll see how much can be done in the next couple of days.
