Default Title and Ranking?
I saw the ranking thing, with how many post you need for first, second, third and so on..
But how many do you need for like Househead fifth year and the other title besides year ones?

You need age, experience, a good resume, a clean record, three letters of recomendation, a shower once a day (optional), and of course you need to buy pizza for everyone.

Oh yes, and you'd also need a ton of posts.
