Default Dumbledore

Harry uses the Ressurection Stone and Dumbledore does not appear. Though Harry meets him a few pages later at "kings cross". So had Dumbledore not "gone on" as he indicated to Harry that he was not dead and that he had a choice. And Jk said that Dumbledore was indeed dead so why not appear in the Ressurection Stone. Had he n Harry not loved each other? I do believe that Dumbledore was important enought to Harry to appear. Remus and Tonks had both just died and they appeared. So why not Dumbledore? I think she was just saving him so that she could write another chapter.

Classic plot manipulation. By all accounts and purposes, Dumbledore would have appeared in the Forest, but JKR definitely held Dumbledore back with the intent of writing the King's Cross chapter later on and introducing the appropriate plot twists and pseudo-explanations through Dumbledore at that time.

Good point though Bolt. Just more inconsistencies.

Thsi is quite obvious Harry chose who he resurreted and did not choose Dumbledore.

I think that Dumbledore doesn't appear because, at the moment he uses the resurection stone, Harry had some resentment toward Dumbledore for not telling him everything... Wich JK resolves later in the King's Cross chapter.

Hmm... I suppose he could have been justifiably angry, but... as far as the writing and the thoughts/emotions of Harry as he gets closer and closer to Voldemort, into the forest, it seems to me he is numb more than anything else, in a state of emotional shock.
