Is any1 else mad????

is any1 other than me really really mad that they make fred die in the 7th book y couldnt they kill some1 like ron, did they really need to kill the hot weasley child???? anyway i just wanted to see if any1 else was a tad peeved about this.

Percy: Chances of the one Weasley you wouldn't be horribly mad about dying- 1,000,000 to 1.
George: He lost an ear already, and anyway, to kill one twin is to hurt the other devastatingly...
Ron: He's one of the trio... and personally, I'm mad about all the people who are saying "Why couldn't she kill Ron instead of Fred?" What did Ron ever do to you?!
Ginny: She wouldn't kill the only girl.

I am sad about Fred's death, totally... but it kinda makes sense.

but i kinda figured one of the twins would die

She couldn't totally give it a fairy tale ending, like thats life sad things happen, and against a powerful wizard like voldemort, it was only expected that characters we all loved would die.

I agree with hedwig124 about the whole what did ron ever do to you?! thing. I cried when fred died so I guess I'm more sad then angry... but a lot of great characters also died. (tonks, remus, snape ect...)
guess it just had to happen?
