For some reason I always thought his wand was the one on the cushion in the front of Olivander's, but after rereading that scene there isno evidence to show that.

hi in answer to ur question it must have been 1 of da death eaters worm tail might have done it but no 1 can be sure that is how j.k rote the books to be like
