My first reaction was a flat "NO." Now I'm rethinking.
I just re-read King's Cross and the last conversation with Dumbledore's portrait, and it says nothing about parseltongue. Oh, well.

I'm in confusion, as the book says that Harry could speak parseltongue due to part of Voldemort in him. Anyone, please explain this to me.

It's magic. For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. For those who don't, no explanation will suffice.

Again, a casual reference to an interview, but no link or clue.
(sigh.)
But even if she said it straight out, with no ambiguity, we can still question and ponder.
She probably didn't think it through as much as we are doing right now.
We are all pretty clear that Harry would no longer have the magical ability.
But what about a limited, non-magical, learned ability? Rod DID manage it.
