Hi there everyone,
just thought id introduce myself, since in new around here...
HP is one of the only things around that i truly love and can and have spent hours upon hours discussing.
i have been a fan since reading the first book back in 1998 - and just falling in love
as my name suggests im on board with Harry and Ginny getting together and same goes for Ron and Hermione... love them all

anyhoo - important things first- welcome welcome welcome aboard.
This is a great place for discussing all things Harry Potter.

The more you post, the more you get to explore. I only joined this site when Book 7 came out. I was one of the first to finish reading it and I was dying to discuss it.... well - I'm still here!

ive been a member for a while now - but have been busy with university and work, however im almost finished my exams and thought id come for a visit.
did you enjoy the 7th book? everything you anticipated?

Hiya Eva,
I'm sure we'll get around to calling you Eve, or Evie... or...

I really enjoyed the 7th book. I read it so quickly. There were many surprises and many concepts in there that I thought were brave for JKR to explore. I confess I read the epilogue over and over again. So many names in so short a time... That bit took me awhile to 'get there'. I am happy that Harry doesn't have to struggle any more. So - I am thrilled with the overall ending. - He got to live a normal life and all is well.

oh - and because of book 7 - I ADORE my dear Severus Snape. Also the portrayal of Alan Rickman in the movies - I think is also sublime.

oh - and feel free to call me Ginnie, or Gingo, or Gringo, or Queen Bubble, or... I have many nicknames around here. the list just grows and grows...

anyhoo - great to see you replying so soon.

i love snape - i just knew he was good...
it took me 9 hours to read HP7 - i loved it - but was a little disappointed with the lack of epilogue - i would have been happy with a whole chapter, but JK's subsequent interviews - where she disclosed a lot of the stuff we knew but not officially was great
