to make it an even smaller world...i used to live in CA until my family moved in '03 to NC to be near my aunt & my cousins. vastly different worlds they are. after we moved, it snowed that first winter, (& i used to think winter in CA was cold). never complained about the cold again.

Sorry, I know it is maybe not so important, but I did get the fact the "NC" is some miles away from "CA", but where the hell is that, US I guess, but where there?

NC- North Carolina east coast, CA-California west coast.

LOL After a long day, this made me chuckle!

To make things even more complicated, I just found out today that my oldest son is moving again -- from CA to Northern Arizona to teach 4th grade on a reservation. That should be interesting for him.
