In the interview that i watche J.K. Rowling said she originaly planned to kill Mr. Weasley when he was attacked by the snake, but said she couldn't do it because it was too good of a man, too good of a father. I am so glad that she decided not to. Although Sirius's death was just as hard for Harry I think.

I think it is hard when anyone in Harry Potter dies. I really didn't get how Sirius died in the book, i mean I know he fell behind the curtian, but I was like thats it? In the movie it was done well, i think. I think I understood better.

Maybe I have been under a false delusion the entire time, but I was under the impression the Veil was a gateway into Death, a Veil of Death in some for at least. So when he fell through the Veil, he fell from Life into Death.

It IS hard when anyone in Harry Potter dies, but ALL my mor minor favorite characters died in the series. The only one who didn't die was the major one, Hermione.

The gateway into Death, that makes sense. So Harry and Luna could hear voices behind it but the others could not; was that because of the same reason of the threstels? Because they have seen death?

I think that they totally got the character of Dolores Umbridge wrong. I thought they made her out to be more "pure evil" rather than simply a nasty piece of work who made everyone's lives difficult. Thoughts?

True, but I still think that she is power-hungry but not truly evil like Bellatrix, Amycus or his sister...Umbridge had to debate with herself and almost talk herself into using the Cruciatus curse in OoTP...I'm more inclined to see her as I see Wormtail, looking to exploit the situation, but unlike Wormtail, she wants some power for herself too!
