Hey guys,

I saw an JKR give an Interview on The Jonathan Ross show here in the UK a few days ago and got the urge to chat a bit (She said some interesting stuff).

I started reading the Harry Potter books to my kids but now I am more into it than they are. They prefer Dr Who.

As for which book is my favourite, I think the books have been getting better as the series goes on because the characters have more depth to them, for example Harry's increasing rage makes him a lot more interesting than the sweet innocent he was in the first books.

Roll on book 7!

Hey, i know i'm not nick, but imput on the dumbledore is alive thing, i think that his not but may come back in some shape or form. Like Fawks does or as a ghost or something ><

I think he is alive..you can read that in my siggy. I'm beginning to like the notion that maybe his body was something that was transfigured to assume the form of a body. Many threads in here with many thoughts though.

If Dumbledore and Snape had planned this. Could he really have planned for his own death..and leave Harry hanging in the wind?

but with the not telling Harry thing, he didn't want to tell anyone that way it would look more real if everyone but one thought him to be dead.

And harry, would be the one everyother would believe as he was with him on the night. And Dumbledore always said it was okay for him to tell Ron and Hermione everything so what if he told them what was to happen with Dumbledore and Voldormort got a hold on them?

I dunno, just random thought.

No, i mean that, if dumbledore was to tell harry that he was going to get snape to kill him, then he wouldn't tell harry so harry would really be upset, as he was.

if he did tell harry then he may have told ron and herminone about the plan.

so by not telling Harry, the only person that knows is snape and therefore harry can pull of a total "omg i'm so upset'' thing.

I think I got you this time around. Yeah I think Dumbledore and Snape are the only ones who know what really happened. Harry plays the sad-angry role well, been doing it all his life. There was the matter of the body to convince the rest though.
