I'm Sarah.

As for an avatar, go to "My Controls" then "Edit Avatar settings." From there, you can either link to a photo [[from photobucket or something along those lines]] or you can use an image off your computer.

There are size limits (20 kb) so you may want to resize the image if it's not going up.

Let me know if the avatar still isn't working from there.
