A little wizard told me it's your b'day
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DRAGONIS
I agree with the disappointment with the movies. I mean you have to go and see them 'cause...well it IS Harry!!! The rich, complex, tactile tapestry of the books is reduced to a thin fake wood grain plastic veneer. NO Peezes, no 'real' Fred and George or Neville for eg; all the life taken out and the scope reduced to the trio???!!! Naaaa Give me the books anyday

The book are so much better, I agree. Yet, it is helpful seeing the layout of Hogwarts... I do like my imagintive picture better though.

I've said this before and will say it again. The movies are part of the Harry experience. You take them separately and enjoy them at their own pace. Separate yourself from the ominpotent and enjoy them at their own pace. Sure I love Harry, but now I enjoy Daniel Radcliff as an integral part of the whole phenomenon.
