So in the First movie how well do u think the charcters and the cast did for the first film. Do you also think that they played their role as like they were the real char.

i liked it. the first time my brother saw it he was like, "aw come on what is this one of those cheesy no name, low bugdet brit flicks you like to watch?" i was like....ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm it harry potter, then he watched it hehe. i thought they played there characters pretty well, especially ron and hermoine...what about you?

Film #1 was excellent and to my mind the best. Each character was interesting enought to stand alone. That character balanced changed in Movies 2 and 3. Ron is turning into a doofus. Dumbledore is becoming a mischievous Leprechaun. Hermiione seems increasingly tentative and Draco is so same-same, he's teetering on the brink of boring. And Harry isn't having any fun at all. What's up with that?

Ever since I watched the movie, any time I see the actors anywhere else I don't say that's Emma Watson, I yell that's Hermione because they seemed to be those characters. Now when I read the books their faces are the faces I see.

I think the cast did well; set a good foundation for both the movies & books... The 1st movie put real faces on the characters..

First movie captured the magic of the Harry Potter world. I saw it on opening day, Nov. 16, 2001. My Birthday!! Very special movie and the way it opened up was great with John Williams conducting his master score!!!!
