New Dumbledore

I thought finding a dumbledore close to the old one would be hard.. but he did fairly well. Except that he made him all hippy-styled. I didn't like that at all. he should have kept him with the same robes.. hat..no pony-tail in the beard.. stuff like that. But he is a good actor..He was in Lord of the Rings as Gandalf, right? Thats what I heard, but he doesn't really sound or look like him..maybe I am mistaken.. let me hear all your wisdom guys!

Well I guess the new Dumbledore did well, but it did shock me that it took such a short time to find such a good duplicate since the first Dumbledore was by far a hard act to follow. By the way how do you like the new Dumbledore's ponytail on his beard?
I think it's kind of different then the original Dumbledore. What do you think?

i thought that with the short time they had, and the director they had, he did fairly well. The only thing (s?) that bugged me were the things that bugged me throughout the ENTIRE third film - having a new location, school, wardrobe and so on... he would've been great if he had tried to be like the old one. I think there was an interview with the new one, and he said that he wanted to create a new image or something like that. why would dombledore all of a sudden change his accent and style? and same with hogwarts. why would a school just change? it doesnt make any sense...

yep a good choice, but i liked the 1 in the 1st and second movie better, he had better looking clothes!

i liked the old Dumbledore better.
