Many mistakes of Harry Potter movies

It will be cool if you helped me to find errors between the books and the movies. I've found a lot and I promise to bring them to you to discuss them. The fifth is the worst because Steve Kloves wasn't the screenwriter, and the new guy apparently didn't read any of the HP books!
You can start with any movie you like!

Don't even get me STARTED on the third movie... THEY CUT OUT THE QUIDDITCH CUP!!! And what was up with Dumbledore being so mysterious?

Then in the FOURTH movie, they cut out Veela, the Dursleys, Bill and Charlie, most of the Cup, and Dumbledore was just SCARY! Pushing Harry up against the wall? Putting him up for bait? He'd never do that!!!

Then in the FIFTH movie, I don't even know where to begin...

I know! They cut out Dobby and gave his jobs to Neville! NEVILLE IS NOT A HOUSE ELF!

I didnt like that either. That was one of the parts in the book that showed Dobby's mind working more like an human to a degree. Problem-solving really lol

Dumbledore is indeed more violent with Michael Gamdon. I think they could have re-cast Dumbledore better after Richard Harris died...i have never like Michael Gambon as Dumbledore anyway...he doesn't look right as him to me. And because Gambon is younger than what Harris was...he moves faster and makes Dumbldore look younger, which shouldn't happen as Dumbledore was over 100 years old in the books. The violence did kinda disturb me the 1st time i saw GoF...i DON'T think Dumbledore would EVER throw someone against the wall...no matter what they do...and i don't think her would yell at students.

Leaving out the careers interview with Harry and McGonagall! With Umbridge sitting in the corner coughing and making snide comments........

that was not cool. i would have LOVED to see McGonagall have a spaz at Umbridge...they seem to cut out any part of McGonagall's scenes where she shows REAL emotion...and i know Dame Maggie Smith could pull it off perfectly...shame

They better not cut out the scene near the end of Book 7 where Harry reveals himself because McGonagall has been abused!

I dont think they gonna cat a lot from the last book, why else make two parts?
