many of the main characters, like Emma, Rupert, and Daniel have also signed contracts to remain to the end of the series. Harris pasted away if I remember right, kinda hard to stick to a contract under those unfortunate circumstances.

If for some reason one of the actors couldn't come back for the last two movies, which character do you thing would suffer most from a change of actor??

My opinion is that Rupert Grint would be the biggest loss.

Well, I have to say as far as apperance I really can't imagine anyone except Daniel Radcliffe playing Harry after all these movies, although I guess it's possibly someone else would be a better actor.
Alan Rickman as Snape is also a difficult role for someone else to fill.

I'd find it really hard to get used to a new Hagrid. Even changing the fat lady three times threw me! (and that's a small part)

I have to admit I hadn't noticed they had changed the Fat Lady...the one I picture is the one from PoA, probably because that's when she got the most screen time. (Remember when she smashed the glass against the wall? Roflmao.)

Hagrid's actor is pretty good, but at the same time so much of Hagrid's character is make-up and costume, etc. So I think it wouldn't be as drastic if they had to change the actor.

well, i don't like the movies so much. the 1st one was d best. every character resembled d original ones. but now things have changed in movies. they miss a lot of facts.
but u can't expect d movies to be Exactly like d books..
books are always better..
