Luna ..

a deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer every one must dis agree on actor she does not look nothing like her to what i amagined and what the book says

The Luna I pictured was definately not this one. Does anyone know the news story of the runaway bride from last year? - a much younger and slightly blonder version of her is more of what I was thinking. But with a good hair job and a good talent for the role, I think just about anyone could play her - Luna's character is very distinct.
Now, that said, the actress who played Fleur was so off the mark it was appalling! I'll admit she was pretty, but not stunning or breath taking - and where was the silvery sheet of blond hair?
And while I'm at it... whoever said they didn't like Hermione's hair at the Yule Ball? I agree! It was not sleek or in a shining knob. AND! Viktor Krum was waaaaay too handsome and agile and un-surly from my mind's image.
A thousand times is not enough times to say how glad I am that I have read the books first!! Maybe the casting agents, wardrobe and makeup artists, and directors should study their subject a little harder?

And it's true, the thing about Gary Oldham! I'm just as disappointed as you! It turned out that they haven't even asked him yet! It's because he and Warner Bros. are having this argument, and they're too full of pride to ask! *shakes fist at them* YOU'LL PAY FOR IT WHEN NOBODY WANTS TO SEE THE MOVIE BECAUSE OF YOU!

Oh, and Ottery, I completely agree! Besides all those things you said about Fleur, she also said barely anything throughout the entire movie even though throughout the entire book, she talked ALOT! And I was really looking forward to seeing Hermione's hair all sleek and straight....*shakes head sadly* I think they're starting to get too full of themselves.

Yeah .. but look what they did to Hermione! She was great, but they changed her so she didn't look like Hermione. So who knows? Personally, I think she would look fine if she had glasses and a glossy look on her face .. ya know, kinda dorky.

Yeah, but I still think that it would be way better if they had a better Luna, not to crush the girl they picked dreams, but I just want them to actually have a good Harry Potter movie this time. It's bad enough they won't ask Gary Oldham.

Gary Oldman better come back! I mean, this is the last one he will even be in
I wish they had a bunch of major Harry Potter Fans there when they did the casting so they could help pick, and make sure they dont screw up! I would LOVE to be one of those people
