No. Let's start over.

1) I was under the impression that such a petition already existed.
It didn't sound like a good idea to me and I was just curious as to what it actually asked.

2) "GinnyWeasleyRocks" didn't understand my question, so we went back and forth
for a while until I figured it out.

3) I finally asked "Does this petition yet exist? It might say something like,
'We, the undersigned, want bla, bla, bla.....' "

4) Ginny asked whether I want to help create a new one.

5) I said, "Nope. I'm still not sure it's a good idea."

So Rita, what was your question, again? Now I'm confused.

Wow, I'm still confused too, yet I got all of that....

There is a site (www.petitiononline.com) where you can make petitions on any subject. For example, a few years back there was a huge Harry Potter petition about the length of the fourth movie.

All you have to do is create the petition and send everyone the link. Then they "sign" the petition, except it's all online. Just check out the site - it might make more sense.

it should be alot faster this way, like posting on myspace and blogs and other hp sites......im sure MOST fans would sign....

Yeah, I know ALOT of people who were really disappointed with the fourth movie, and I'm sure they don't want the fifth movie to be as bad either.

Besides, there's alot of information that they HAVE to put in the fifth movie or else the rest of the movies won't make sense at all!

lo, Rita, we're not doing the petition for Luna anymore, now were doing it for:

Having the directors actually talk to HP fans about what they would like to see in the movie or something like that. So that the directors will actually see if HP fans (the target audience) like it. Because I know that if they don't make this movie right, ALOT of people are going to stop seeing the movies, and they'll lose money.

It's kind of beneficial for everyone.

You might add that EVERYONE involved in the production MUST have read ALL HP books published to date (or at least heard the unabridged tapes). Not just the directors & actors, but the people working in costumes, props, special effects... pizza delivery guy... everyone within a radius of two miles...
