What! I'm scandalised! That's the best part! And McGonagal telling Peeves "It unscrews the other way." I love any part where someone taunting Umbridge. Fred and George's great escape simply has to be in it or I will boycott the movie! (not really I'll just be exceedingly disappointed)
Yes I have to agree with Ginevra, I love Umbridge in that she adds so much to the story. And she's the character we all love to hate....

I hope they do leave out most of the Cho stuff too, but they must leave in some of it cause of Goblet . I love Order its my favorite book so far, I hope they keep in as much as possible. They prob will take out a lot of the scenes from the headquarters at 12 Grimwald Place. There was a lot of detail in those scenes that can easily be taken out. I do hope that they have all the stuff from the trip to the ministry and reveal the info about Neville. I think that it is so cool, his character has developed so much. The end of the book is so spectacularI hope they keep it all. Plus they better stay true with the order members, they all are so unique and interesting. They better keep the "visions" because the one about Mr. Weasley getting hurt and in the hospital cus there again is another scene about Neville. But like Goblet they may stick with one theme and go with it. I know it will be good..... and as you all know ....Remus must be in every scene or I may just die of dissapointment..."sigh"

I too hope they leave the twins grand exit in, though I will not hold my breath! Also the chemistry between Siruis and Remus must be left intact. Though I'm sure they will cut the time at headquaters I do hope they do the screaming portraits, especially Siruis' mother, justice. Also do ya think they will show the locket they are unable to open in the film?

1) Yes, I think it will be in the movie because I'm sure it is the right locket.
2) I'm hoping to see the seventh book before the next movie comes out, so we won't need the extra clue. Am I asking too much?

No more of the Boo Hoo Cho!!

Then agian if they take out the 'romance-gone-wrong' scenes they'll be hardput to make up the 2hr 45 min average for the film. (I just made that stat. up so don't chastise me if I'm wrong). Gotta say, the 5th is my least fav. book. They are gonna be hard pressed to fill the expected time quota for THAT one. I mean, what really happens?? Umbridge (who we all LOVE to hate!!- best villan yet!), DA meetings (10mins max), Gred and Forge leave, assault on the Ministry and Harry's meeting with Dumby... We could squeeze that into an hour/hour and a half, easy. Then again, since the last movie was an embarrassing montage of the book, maybe a 1/2hr film-clip of book 5 is all we can look forward.
Please don't get me started on to how disappointed I am with the movies

lol, I get what you mean, I was disappointed in the movies too. Oh, Pysduck, which one do you think WILL actually come out first, the book or the movie? Because JK is still writing the plans for the seventh book, and they're going to start filming here in January.

I really enjoy reading your postings and appreciate you being on board.

Do you agree that the last movie (4th) in particular, was just AWFUL! I mean it was kinda fun to watch once- you've got to : It's Harry! BUT, it's like watching the video clip/ montage of a full-length story, embarrassingly cut. Who is this bloody awful director- Tim Newll??? What does he know about our Harry but more to the point, what does he know about story-telling 'cause he did a horrible job here.

Re-telling the story of Harry and STILL stuffing it up- THAT'S clever!!*sarcastic gaffaw *(no idea what a 'gaffaw' sounds like but.. They say that we've gotta put up with the same director for the next film... ??? (Do you know anything about that??)

Gotta say, the next film promises to be a shocker!! No director, no actors and no plot to carry 'em.. YAYYYY!

They reckon the 7th HP is out in July 2007. Does anyone know any differnet??

I also hope they keep all the scenes of Lupin... Nevile... and cut off some stories about Cho. [/b]
and the twins' great escape...

But we already know that they're going to cut out the best part of all -- Peeves, borrowing McGonagle's cane!
[/b][/quote]

And we could not see one of the best lines ever : "Give her heck for us, Peeves!"
I love that line !!!!

Even on the third movie I think there aren't enough scenes of him, there should have been MORE !!! I wish to see him a lot on the 5th movie, on the pensieve and at the headquarters.

lol, thanks! And actually, I heard the same too, that they were going to keep the same director. *frowns* I too REALLY thought that the fourth movie was really disappointing! For one thing, the maze that was in the movie...LAME! I liked how in the book there were all of these obstacles, and one of my favorite ones was the sphynx! But nooooo, they had to ruin it to cut time.....they could have made another movie for it and called it part 2! In fact, they were even considering it, but alas, didn't do it.
