Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The fourth one was either PG or PG-13 right?...

Yeah, probably PG-13 because of all of the violence. I don't think that a Harry Potter movie could ever be rated G! lol

And there is a lot of death coming up, so it probably will be a PG-13, as others have said, and not just a PG.

For it to be rated R it would have to show us deaths in very gory detail, have extreme drug use and graphic delete this post scenes. Sexual references can be found in some PG rated movies (think How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days) and implicit delete this post is permitted in M rated movies. As for deaths... well, how many James Bond movies are there where we see heaps of deaths and they don't get an R rating? Maybe it will be M rated... in Australia that means it's recommended for people over 15 years old... but here the fourth one was too and that didn't stop the kids from going in (and not necessarily with an adult, it's only the MA rated movies where they have to). So, in my opinion - we're safe.

Yep, sounds about right. I'm not sure if we have an M rating here though, if we do, it must be worse than R

Our R rating means restricted to over 18 year olds. M means recommended for 15 year olds. For us an R rating means it's a really dodgy movie
