I bought the DVD of THe Goblet of Fire this week and I was impressed for all the scenes of the making off, interviews with the cast, the never seen scenes ... I was watching them for two hours and didn't finished, there are still more !!!
Like the conversation between Snape and Karkarof, all the making off of the second task, all about the scenes and making off of Voldemort... really great scenes that you can not miss !!!
So, if you are going to buy the movie, beter buy the double DVD with the extras.
Anyone else has seen them?

I wasn't really compelled to buy the 4th movie at all. Maybe I will be interested in a box set when all seven movies come out, but the 4th movie was so disappointing that I simply don't wish to own it at this point.
