People Making Fun Of Harry Potter

I am so sick of people making fun of harry potter. Like in the mad magazines made by comedy central :angry2: Well yeah they make fun the prubity of harry and his friends. Yeah it just sets me off. I emailed them about it and they sent me a free new harry potter game for ps2 :lol:

yeah it gets annoying when ppl make fun of me for liking hp....and thats awsome about the ps2 game.....i usually tolerate ppl making fun of hp...u gotta admit it is funny

I think it's just natural for people to make fun of things! There's no harm in it and if you don't like the programs that do make fun of HP then just don't watch them!! :P I mean yeah it get's annoying sometimes when people make fun of you for liking it but big deal they're probably just jealous that they're not as interesting as you

I don't care when people laugh of me for being 27 and loving the HP books!
And I recognize I'm a little freaky; every time that any of the books/movies comes out I spend hours watching TV just to see if they say anything about it; and yesterday, as I was reading the posts here, one of my collegues at work saw me and started laughing, but I don't care !!!!!! the books are cool !!!!

Hey! well, sometimes the skits and stuff they do are funny! I love to watch them just to see what they think Harry Potter is all about, because, it your a deticated Harry Potter fan,then you can just laugh and say "they have no idea what they are talking about!"
Also, I come from a part of the country where people freak if they find out you like Harry Potter. They tend to be super judgemental and if you tell them you like it they are all like, your a devil warshiper, it's silly, because I am a deticated catholic. I don't let the Harry potter skits bother me though!

When Ppl make fun of harry potter i know that secretly some of them enjoy the books and movies as well

my problem is not people making fun of it but the people that think it is (devil worship? or witchcraft) these people have not even seen the movies or read the books. They just judge it on what other people say. I think that any book series that can get kids to read is awesome, and to all those christians that like the Chronicles of Narnia, there is magic and spells all through that book. Maybe you should read that too because if Harry Potter is bad then you need to look at Narnia again.
