Maybe but the taps were turned on in the movie. Curses! Now I have to go back and read the book again. Just when I thought I was done, Book No. 2 keeps pulling me back!

Don't mean to be dense, but didn't the bathroom flood because the diary was thrown into the toilet (through Myrtle's head) by Ginny rather than anything Myrtle did???? I'm no movie afficinado, so please reduce your scorn to personable levels when debating me, but I don't remember Myrtle handling the diary at all in the movie or the book. Maybe I've missed your point.

yes, it was Salazar who built it. Alright, so Mytle didn't handle the book at all, but because the book was thrown through her head, she got all mad and turned on the taps, right. But how could she've done that, when in the book, the ghosts float right through the food, and people can walk right by them. Also, if the book flew through her head, then it shows that things go right through her, which would mean that the tap handles would too.

I NOTICED THIS THEY REALY SCREWED THE MOVIE UP NOT ONLY THIS ONE BUT ALL THE OTHERS

Peeves can certainly move stuff about AND float through walls. The biggest mistake that the movies all make is no Peeves! He's my fav.

Also in the third movie Harry's scar is jumping all around his forehead and changing sizes!!!
