Yes, I've wondered about some of those issues too. The whole Snape-Lily-James triangle is pretty twisted. Its too bad Snape & James had so much animosity towards one another b/c Harry certainly felt the effects of that hostility. It would have been nice for Harry & Snape to have a more amicable relationship

Very true, but it would have been nice for harry and snape to finally get along, even if it was for lily.

I agree.
It seems the Wizarding world is ...a pretty small global village.
I mean we only have one school in England ... so , possible your choices of meeting and making relationships are greatly reduced.
But, its the same old story ...the popular ppl making life difficult for the outsiders

thats right, sirius told snape he had to go down the tunel and he could catch lupin or w.e. and james thought taht wasnt right so he saved snape before the willow could get him.

i think it was noble of james and a very good thing too cuz they all wouldve been expelled, not sanpe he probaly would die, but u know. im happy he did or harry may never have been born
