I don't think Hagrid was expelled for Moaning Myrtles' death or for anything to do with her death. If he had been held responsible they would have put him in Azkaban not just expel him. I think that he was expelled for keeping an illegal pet/ Aragog. This would have been the only charge they could have got him on if their legal system is anything like ours is supposed to be: Innocent until proven guilty.


Well i believe in England its Guilty untill proven innocent. So I guess that there was no proof of Hagrid's innoccence.
