Literarily speaking, Dumbledore is Merlin. So is Gandalf, so is Obi-Wan.

A 100 year old with auburn hair - na. I have auburn hair and I'm a year shy of thirty... and I'm already finding the odd silver hair (aahh!!!). Then again, maybe he had a magical hair dye thing he could do with his wand!

JK says he's about 150 anyway. How can a hundred year old have auburn hair? It doesn't make sence. But then again, this is Dumbledore we're talking about.

I find it amusing that you say someone is 150 years old and the the thing you find odd about him is that he had auburn hair at 100

Acoording to a lot of books Merlin doesn't get older as time passes anyway, he gets younger. This is because he lives life backwards.

For anyone who's seen Star Wars? Is there someone on this planet who hasn't?

I think Jo said somewhere that Dumbledore's about 150. And said McGonnagal is a spritely 70.

I haven't seen Star Wars ever, except in Yr Three when we were doing a unit on space, I think we watched one of them. I can hardly remember it though. Something about space ship racing and I used to like that big slug guy. Jabba?

What?!!!!
You've been on this planet for fifteen years and you haven't seen StarWars?!!!
Well, put down whatever you're doing and march yourself right out to the video store and rent them. All six of them. You can't be a part of American culture if you haven't seen them.
There autta be a law...
