Will Hogwarts Remain Open?

I believe that Hogwarts will stay open and the new Headmaster will be Professor McGonagal.

I also think that Harry will be persuaded to go to school by our new headmaster, but will them leave after he has found a bit more information on the whereabouts of the remaining horcruxes and Voldemorts location.

Ron and Hermione will follow Harry to Mrs. Weasley's discust and Hermione's whinning the whole time. They will follow him because Hogwarts isn't Hogwarts without Harry and Dumbledore, and they are very loyal to him anyway.
Besides Hogwarts isn't safe without Dumbledore anymore.

I personally think that good will prevail over evil and all of the horcruxes will be found and destroyed, and maybe a couple of injuries but in the end everyone will love them and they will all be rich and live happily ever after.

I doubt she will leave us with nothing. There will probably be an "After Hogwarts" chapter.

As for the Hogwarts matter, I think Hogwarts will close, just to show how in bad shape the Wizarding World is. But I think that it will reopen towards the end to show that life is back to normal and safe.

...something like that.

I believe hogwarts will be closed. Parents wont want to send kids there without dumbledore because without him and with the murder on hogwarts grounds, it is no safer than their own homes.

I bet the families of Slytherin's will continue to send them to school because they know thier children will be fine as long as they don't get soft for killing people.

That may be true but without enough students coming hogwarts will have to close.

I dont think it will close...they've got the teachers and a headmistress...

Besides, even tho harry isnt going back(supposedly) there are other students that will come back...even without dumbledore hogwarts is still the best wiarding school...and it is still safer, there are more witches and wizards at hogwarts then there would be at a childs home...

but they've gone through headmasters b4...and its not like none of them ever died while still headmaster...im sure at least one did...i mean, how old is hogwarts?

But Dumbledore was different. He was one of the greatest wizards of the modern world. He was the only one that Voldemort had been afraid of. And he was murderd by the death eaters. Parents would realize that if they got in already... with heightend security and Dumbledore then what would stop them getting in again and wouldnt it be easier now Dumbledore is no longer there?

well now that they know about the set of vanishing cabinets...they'll probably destroy one of them...

and dumbledore was only killed cuz he was very weak...otherwise hed still be alive

But does the rest of the world know he was weak and even if they did does it matter Dumbledore is dead and yes they can destroy the cabinets but what if the guards are overpowered hogwarts might open but if so only a few students will attend.
