Maybe Jo will make it easier on Harry and on us, to handle Harry killing. I've posted something like this somewhere else: That Harry might meet Voldy hanging off some cliff face, try to grab his hand but V's unusually long fingers slip through Harry's and.... V. crashes, exploding into a huge green ball of menace and yuckiness! .
Or maybe Harry and Voldy have a drag race and as they are reaching the edge of the ravine, Harry jumps out of his car but Voldy's cloak gets caught on the door and he goes over with the car !??
Or they are at the Boxing Day sales and get split up in the rush of people and, as hard as he tries, Harry can't pull Voldy off the floor and he's crushed !!! Naaaaaaaaaaaaa

Harry's the 'chosen one' and chosen ones are always thrown into the gladiatorial fight scene at the end. Harry will become a murderer I reckon. I for one, think that it's gonna be even harder for Harry to live with what he's gonna do than it will be for us to live after book7- and that's saying a lot!

Harry is lost. Slowly since the 1st book, everything Harry knew has been a lie. His parents were murdered, his a wizard, the Darkest Wizard wants to kill, he is the only one who can kill You-Know-Who, his life will consit of him murdering or him being murdered. This kid has a tough life. I'm not saying he's retreating into self pitty, it's just really hard for him to connect with anyone at the moment. I must applaud Jo because not only has she a wonderful story, she has also natured her characters to life.

I agree with surprime witch that Serious Padfoot, you have written v, beautifully but what do you mean? How's Jo gonna get out of this one do you think?? Will she make Harry an accidental murderer/ take the 'easy' road? Or will Harry face up to destiny AND HIS ACTIONS/ being a murderer, and master the Avada? If he does the latter, what and where does that leave our Harry: hero or .. victim?

A life of an auror is not made for getting cozy and forming relationships outside of those that can be lost in a moment. Its a dangerous life and love can all too often open a door that foes will exploit.

I think that part of growing up to to be able to split from friends, but still be able to be part of the crowd. Harry is going to have to do some things on his own, but he is going to need Ron and Hermione.
