I don't think death eaters really want voldomort to come back and petigrew was oo dumb to know about them. As for Harrys parents being saved well then Harry would have grown up just like everyone else he may have even turned out like malfoy because he would have had everything too, his family, money friends his own room. He may not have turned out humble and turned to the death eaters and the whole story would have been ruined.

well, if you went back and saved Harry's parents, then Harry wouldn't be the person he was today, and the that Trelawny said wouldn't work because harry's parents wouldntve died...

and if they could save ppl, then life would be pointless. and dying is part of life, right?

hmm... but i dont get why dumbledore didnt do it... maybe because if he wanted harry to save his godfather, or OHH!!!! because dumbledore was WITH PPL!!!!! remember, and Harry and Hermione were locked up? ya...

Time is to complicated, I tried to Explain it to my wife and she did not get it at all, Basicly what I told her is that we only one option of event, If they had not gone back in time then we would have sceen in dirferently, , and if they had made a mistake then it could have gone wrong and we would of had sceen that storie instead of the one we did , this of course hurt her head and she had to take a nap. LOL
