YAY!! Slopeydope!! At last another theory that is so devillishly nasty as to make me look nice!!! I'm SO happy! (Wait for the outcry mate! I pity you- I'll try to defend you 'cause I know what these McCarthyesque reactions are like.)

Lily a werewolf... ???? Why not! But if Lupin was in love with Lily AND made her a werewolf, he used strange langugae don't you think?? If I did something like biting and infecting the person I loved, I wouldn't say stuff like "She was there when no-one else was" . His language was about himself.... ????
Naaa. I reckon Lupin's the one that , either just before or JUST AFTER he "talked to Lily when there was no-one else", did something REALLY stupid- all about him and HIS love

I swear the line about Lupin, Dumb and Snape being accomplished occulencys is in OotP. I'm reading it to my kid in prep. for HBP so - going slower this time - I'm determined to find it. It's one line, with no particular context, which is why I can't find it again. If anyone out there can help me I'll... love you forever and be really, really thankful and impressed!

I reckon the 'Lupin loved Lily' ship ain't bad! 'Lupin bit Lily'... ?? I dunno. I don't think it explains the sorrowful and 'deep' look Lupn had in the move PoA.

What do you think was in the PoA movie that "foreshadowed" events in the nect books???

Knowing Jo, it could be anything from' Lupin loved Lily', to the 'Demeators attack Hogwarts and the House Elves save them all' !!. My money's still on the Lupin connection.

slytherin4me: yep I agree. James loved Lily and he got her and Lily loved James. The point is/ theory that, we're talking about (that is really, really, popular on EVERy chat site) is that Lupin loved Lily. This 'theory' started 'cause Jo said that something happened/ the director INADVERTENTLY put two things into the MOVIE of PoA that wasn't in the books, that INADVERTANTLY gave away stuff that would happen/ be uncovered, in the later books. (see postings/discussions in 'character analysis' for an abridged version of these theories).

I know that one of the theories (mentioned aove) was that Hermione beomes a werewolf but I've never heard the thought that 'Lily was a werewolf' before. You might be on to something original there @m@nd@!!!!

suprime witch: Sorry. I'm still not following you. What do you think is a 'different thing'??? and what's so 'little that no one has noticed'??? Ohhh! Hang on. Do you mean that the Director of PoA put in two things that are important to the end of the story but these things are only hinted to in a small way?? Yeah. I think you're probebly right. Jo does do that kinda thing doesn't she
