Correct you are! Snape ought to be able to figure that out by now. If not, a quiet word from Dumbledore would solve the problem. Dumbledore could instruct Snape to mix an Identity Re-Set potion and drink it before he has to teach Harry. Otherwise what's the point of storing all those jars of UPOs (Unidentified Pickled Objects)?
