Dudley Demented

Does anyone wonder what Dudley would have relived when he was attacked by Dementors in book 5? Harry wonders it, but we aren't given any further info. Ideas anyone??????????????????

Interesting. I never thought about that. I don't have any immeadiate thoughts, but I'll have to keep thinking about it.

Maybe, he went back to the time when that snake at the zoo came out and he was stuck in the cage, maybe when he got the pigs tail from Hagrid, maybe when he had the pigs tail removed, or maybe when Harry got his letter to Hogwarts (becasue he was either secretly jealous that Harry got to be a wizard or he was very honestly revolted.

I don't know. I seem to remember him being pretty darn scared (correct me if I'm wrong) and even those these things bother him, I don't know that they would so bad as to terrify him. But I could be wrong.

I sort of wonder if its linked to what Dumbledore says in book 6, you know about the Dursleys afflicting appalling damage on, by implication, Dudley. But it's not like any of them actually realize what they've done as being really bad... so I guess i got to keep thinking on it.
