Who Was Upset With The 4th Movie?

I hated it. It was like a summary of something that your teacher asks for and she gives you a C cause it's too brief. I didn't get a chance to absorb the beggining and i was just so peed off by the end i felt like walking out, but my bro made me stay cause he didn't like being on his own. They missed out way too much.

I agree with wierd guy - i was really diappointed with the third movie... more so than with the 4th anyway. I think in the 3rd they needed to focus more on the story with the marauders than trying to build it up all on it's own with Sirius. It didn't end up being very interesting. I was disappointed that they didn't mention about the map being made by James, Lupin, Sirius and Pettigrew. That was sort of a main point of the book I thought. But I thought they did the 4th pretty well - considering they got rid of dobby and winky. It was sad that they missed stuff out like that and the sphinx and everything, but the hedge thing still made it pretty dramatic.

I guess that they have 3 more movies left to work on and I have to say that these last three better be the best ones.
At least they had better put everything they can into the 7th movie becasue after that movie comes out it's all we've got, ya kno.

I was dissapointed as well, but not for the same reasons as everyone else here seems to be. Do I wish there could have been more of the plot that got left out? Sure, but I also realize the time restraints of a film. The dissapointment in this film was the lack of character development or relationship development. It was like Mike Newell just said "screw character development, lets just keep skipping to the next major plot point." And I too agree that Dumbledore was a dissapointment here. I mean, no one could replace Richard Harris, but this time around, it's like the new guy didn't even try.

However, in terms of the action, there was one thing I was highly dissapointed with. I thought we should have see more of the Wuidditch World Cup. There's all this build up to it, astounding visuals, and then.....nothing.

I know there was like a whole 30 seconds of the World Cup.
Very disappointing.

even with some parts missing it was stilla 2 and a half hour movie so imagine how long it would have been with those parts included. they should have done it. lol
