Nah, it's pretty easy to over-look.
Anyway, I've posted around asking if anyone has a copy of the Spanish edition and if they'll scan/take a picture of the page with the initials. . .no answers so far. . .

I have both, the spanish and the English edition, I don't have the book here now, but I don't remmember that difference, and I had already read a lot about RAB when I read the spanish edition and didn't find any difference about it.
Sirius Black has always had that name also in the Spanish edition.
I will check it anyway.
