But having said that (or rather, SCREAMED that!), there's never been a better villain. She's the one we all love to hate.
Snape, also. I am teetering on the edge of him being a good guy, but he is horrible little slimy rat.

I hate Lucius Malfoy, he's the reason for Draco's behaviour; I would like to think that Draco is good deep inside his heart, but has been badly influenced by his father.
