Why a cat though? why not a gerbil or a mouse or somthing? why is it the poor cat that ends up killing itself? why made that saying up anyways!

Curiosity killed the cat reminds us that being too curious can be dangerous.

its a cat because cats are curious anilmals there always ivestigating there surroundings.

Well, I know a lot of dogs that are scared all the time, and I guess most cats aren't.
