I write in capitals without abbreviations (when I'm not being lazy) so BuffyBuff isn't the only one besides you.

I come from Cheshire in England, but I live in Alicante, Spain. We've just come into spring and the last few weeks we've had really great weather, better than summer in England. Summer in Spain is hot, but i doubt it's as hot as in Queensland or India.

A friend of mine, whose first language isn't English, said what a weird feeling it was to finally start dreaming in English when he had been living here for a few months. Can you interchange between languages easily or is there like a whole 'world view' shift that has to happen when you shift from language to language??

I shift easily from English to Spanish. I'm constantly speaking Spanish at school and then I get home and speak English to my family! I usually think and dream in English but I went on holiday with school once and didn't see my family for several days and I started thinking in Spanish! It was so weird.
