LONDON: Shock rocker Marilyn Manson was the show stealer at the Kerrang awards, after having a blast at Harry Potter for propagating mumbo-jumbo at such an early age.

The rocker, who picked up the ‘Icon Of The Year’ gong, said the phenomenon surrounding the teen wizard is wrong.

"I get blamed for being bad but this kid is practicing witchcraft from a very early age which is totally unacceptable," ‘The Sun’ quoted him as saying.

Whatt??? I think Marilyn Mason is going crazy! I like his music, but I think he needs to read a little bit more. HP is just fiction and is a good book with a good message for kids (or not kids): love, teamwork, courage, stimulates the imagination, etc.
Besides, is a great way to encourage young kids to start reading. So I think he is SO wrong.
