What's a kneazle? I don't remember anything special about Mrs Figg's cats.
And now crookshanks is half kneazle?
And Mrs. Norris? I always figured she was stuck somehow, like Salem in Sabrina.

a kneazle was in one of Hagrid's magical creatures class in Book #4. They are used to find stuff, they love to sniff out very shiny things. By stating that crookshanks and Mrs. Norris are half kneazle they are saying that they can use there nose to find stuff like for Mrs. Norris she finds kids doing something wrong.

But i'm not sure that's right, really that is just a cats way. It seems as if they know everything.

A kneazle is a very smart creature that looks like a cat, and that can detect suspicious people, and that will react badly to them. But if it likes a witch or a wizard, it becames extremelly loyal, and can make a good pet . Crookshanks is half-kneazle, but I dunno is Mrs. Norris is though.
