can someone tell me dat plz???

when harry wasnt made, dumbledore said becouse he had so much to cope with. but ginny surely not??
or has jk rowling just forgot that ginny was in her 5th year and might become a prefect????????
i thougt she would ...

We don't know who else was in her year. Or may be her being possessed by Voldemort in The Chamber of Secrets had something to do with it. Trust issues and all with the rest of the students.

i dont think it had to do somthing with her being possessed by voldy.....but we may never know.. cant find a better teory than that rowling just forgot it.. pitty, it would have been nice for mrs. weasley.

Maybe she was and JKR just didn't mention it? Or maybe Ginny didn't want to be prefect... you know JKR seemed to group her with Fred and George a lot...

No, it's made quite clear that Fred and George think only prats become prefects, and JKR grouped Ginny with Fred and George a lot, so that makes me think she didn't want to be a prefect.
