hagrid is one of my faves because hes just so gullible... how can you not love some one who thinks he won a dragon egg because of a game lol... hes like a giant teddy bear that can crush you if hes not carful

I agree...who could not love Hagrid? He is kind and gentle, and his being huge just adds to his charm. There really couldn't be a Harry Potter without a Hagrid. I often wonder how he spent the years after the Great Battle. Did he find love? Did he have children? So many things we will never know for sure....sigh

I'm not the biggest Hagrid fan, not my favorite. But I do admire him and I voted for his love of all creatures. Unlike the other wizards and witches there he doesn't discriminate any creature, even if they are potentially dangerous, and that is what makes him so admirable.
I admire, I don't adorn.

Hagrid is such a cool character I honestly don't know where to start, i swear he is loyal, kind everything. I mean he was totally ready to knock anyone who even comes close to Harry or Dumbledore and he is such and emotional giant now tell me where u can get emotional giants these days huh?. I just like him so much and I'm glad he isn't one of the ppl who dies. And pips is sooo right the Harry Potter series just wouldn't be the same without him.
