its just what i said ... in most of the storys with a dog in a realy bad situation and then when the situation seems to get better the dog dies ..... or whatever my point is in storys with the dog... the dog dies and so its like a classic and J.K. did that.. witth a twist maybe but the same thing none the less so i want to know what you think of this Now do you get it?......

Sorry mate. I don't get it either. Are you talking about how Sirius was a dog and therefore destined to be killed off in the story?? Or are you talking about that 'classic technique' that is used in thriller and horror stories? Where the hero and bad guy fight it out and the hero wins and slumps to the ground. When their backs are turned, the bad guys' eyes spring open and, with the last bit of hateful life, they reach for the gun and.... hero cops it too! Therefore, just when we thought everything was fine.... hero dies!! Are you suggesting that this is what happened to Sirius adn MAYBE what will happen to Harry??

I'm TRYING to get it lil witch. Honest! Are you talking about 1) The fact that the loyal dog tends to die at the end of stories ('Old Yella' for eg) Or are you saying that 2) The 'classic technique' of the hero getting killed off just when we thought it was over and everything was gonna be OK. Is being used in HP ??? They are two totally different suggestions
